POST:                               KS2 maternity leave cover (until Easter 2027)                           

SALARY SCALE:             M1-M6

START DATE:                  1st September 2026

Salary: Main Pay Scale (dependent upon experience)

Working Pattern: 1 x full time fixed term from September 2026 until Easter 2027

Contract Type: 1 x fixed term maternity cover

The governors wish to appoint a highly motivated and committed teacher to join our high performing team. The applicant must be an effective practitioner who are is to work collaboratively as part of a team and be committed to the continual improvement of the high expectations of our school. The ideal candidate will have strong experience, creativity and a passion for teaching.

The successful candidate will:

· be excellent classroom practitioner with key stage two experience

· be committed to developing pupil potential;

· have high standards and the ability to challenge all children;

· be a strong team player who will contribute to the wider life of the school;

· have excellent communication skills and be able to work positively with children, parents and staff;

· have energy and enthusiasm.
